1.  Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with lemon juice and stir in mint leaves. Refrigerate until cold.<br />
2. Place salad in serving glasses.<br />
3. Give the sauce and sprinkle with cornflakes.<br />
4. Serve immediately.</p>
<p>Tips:<br />
- Watermelon is easy once a watery because it cut into  pieces and toss with sauce and other fruit as close as possible to the  time of eating it to stay crispy and fresh.</p>
