Udang Pedas

Shrimp mixed with this spicy, very tasty. Also how to process it is very easy and practical.

Ingredients:
350 grams of medium size shrimp, remove the head
100 grams of chive that have been cleaned
15 eyes petai, split second
1 tablespoon lime juice

2 tablespoons oil, for sauteing
100 grams of red pepper (spice paste)
1 tomato, chopped (spice paste)
5 pieces of red onion (spice paste)
2 pieces of garlic (finely chopped herbs)
1 teaspoon salt (spice paste)

Processing way:
Stir-fry ground spices until cooked, put the shrimp, chives and petai. Stir until fully cooked, do not keep up kamatangan.
