Kakap Goreng Tepung

100 g fillet snapper
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 egg white grain, shake off
50 g tapioca flour
50 g wheat flour
salt to taste
ground pepper to taste
Oil for frying

I create:
1. Cut the snapper fillets lengthwise 4x7cm
2. lime juice to give away the smell amisnya. Let stand 30 minutes.
3. Mix the tapioca flour, wheat flour, pepper and salt, stirring until blended.
4. Dip into egg white snapper who had been beaten off, then roll in flour mixture.
5. Heat oil and fry fish until cooked
6. Lift, serve with tomato sauce / chilli if liked.
