Ayam Goreng Tepung

200 gr chicken meat
2 cloves garlic, mashed
salt and pepper to taste
100 gr cornstarch
cooking oil to taste
How to Make:
Slice the chicken, put the garlic finely, salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle cornstarch until flat, then fry in hot oil until cooked. lift
Serve with slices of lemon and tomato sauce
