500 g glutinous rice
750 cc coconut milk
To batter the fish:
* 200 gr beef snapper, broiled, suwir-suwir
* 250 cc coconut milk
* 3 pcs chili sauce
* 3 red onions
* 3 cloves garlic
* 2 btr pecan
* 1 tsp coriander
* Salt and sugar to taste
* 1 set of still-green tomatoes, thinly sliced
* 1 tablespoon cooking oil, for sauteing
How to make:
1. Wash glutinous rice, soaked several hours, drain. Steam until half cooked. Pour coconut milk 375 cc’s in salt, mix well. If you’ve sucked santannya, steamed until cooked.
2. Place on baking sheet that has been covered with banana leaves or plastic, then cut into pieces. Give stir fish on it.
3. Create a stir fish: spices except tomato puree and stir-fry with a little oil along with slice tomatoes that have been refined. Pour coconut milk, fish enter. Cook continued while stirring occasionally until dry.
