Materials:
Tiger tail 8 medium shrimp, peeled, reserving its tail, cut back
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
50 grams onions, chopped
1 red tomatoes, seeded and chopped
50 grams of green pepper, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Maggi Seasoning
½ teaspoon pepper powder
Make a sauce, mix together:
100 ml of bottled mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice / lime
1 tablespoon Nestlé dancow Fullcream
1 tablespoon minced basil leaves
½ teaspoon pepper powder
½ teaspoon salt
Managing way:
1. Marinate the shrimp with a little salt and lime juice until blended. Drain.
2. Sauteed shrimp with a little oil to change color. Lift.
3. Saute onions until tender.
4. Enter the other ingredients, stirring until wilted and cooked. Lift.
5. Serve the shrimp with the sauce.
Tips:
